This two-story shop in Glenroy was leaking badly because it had shallow box gutters and a rusted out roof. After conversing with the owner and coming up with a solution to the problem we decided to install 120mm high roof battens to gain adequate height in the box gutters.
We removed the old tin roof, installed earth wool ceiling batts, top hat battens, blanket insulation, new box guttering, flashings and corrugated roof sheeting. The owner now has a roof that is well insulated, watertight and has that perfect finish that you get when you choose Everlast Roofing.
